I Make Fitness Fun

Growing up I had always been into exercising. I would wake up early in the morning to go play basketball, stay outside for hours and often times only had a full meal at the end of the day. This more by choice than circumstance. I was always very picky about my food and didn't want to eat around people. So I would simply choose not to eat.

I started my fitness journey because I wanted to build muscle. I was known as the skinny kid all the way up to my freshman year of college. I gained my freshman 11 and some new self-confidence. After the summer, the pounds shed away and I was quickly that skinny kid again.

I have always found it difficult to gain weight until I learned about meal planning. In meal planning, each meal is broken down by calories and macronutrients. Planning proved to be successful and I was back on journey again.

Throughout this process, I have learned that being disciplined is the ONLY way to be successful. There will be some days when you truly feel like you don't want to do anything and those are the most important days. Those are the days that truly define your work-ethic.
